Crispy Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

1 piece of salmon (skinless)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon oregano

pinch of truffle salt

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 package Brussels sprouts

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons peanuts diced

Sushi rice (cooked according to package)

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 Avocado for topping

1 tablespoon crispy onions (optional)

Spicy mayo drizzle

sesame seeds (optional)

Recipe

  1. Cook the sushi according to package and mix together with rice vinegar and sugar. Put aside.
  2. Next cook your Brussels sprouts. In a medium sauce pan heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Add the Brussels sprouts, oyster and peanuts. Saute for 5-7 mintues and set aside.

3. While the Brussels sprouts are cooking prepare your Salmon. Season the salmon with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano and truffle salt.

4. Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in your pan and saute until crispy about 3-4 minutes per side.

5. Next form your salmon bowl! In a small bowl fill the bottom with your rice mixture.

6. Add in your Brussels sprouts and Crispy Salmon. Top with avocado, crispy onions and sprinkle with spicy mayo and sesame seeds!
