Ingredients
1 can of crab or 1 cup fresh dungeness crab
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup green onions diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley diced
2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
pinch pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
1 puff pastry sheet thawed
1 egg
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl mix together the crab, mayo, green onions, parsley, old bay, pepper, and garlic. Set aside.
- Roll out a sheet of puff pastry. Cut your puff pastry sheet into 16 squares.
- Place a spoonful of the crab meet into the center of the square.
- Starting from the corner closest to you, fold the puff diagonally over the crab mixture. Using a fork press to seal the puff closed.
- Bast with egg mixture.
- Bake 15-25minutes until golden brown.
