Green Goddess Zoodles

Ingredients

1 pound shrimp de-veined

2 teaspoons truffle salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

pepper to taste

2 tomatoes diced

3 cloves garlic minced

2-3 tablespoons vegan green goddess dressing

1 package zoodles

1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  1. Season shrimp with truffle salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. In a medium sauce pan heat oil and 2 cloves garlic. Add in shrimp and cook until no longer pink.

3. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add in on more clove of garlic, zoodles and diced tomato. Saute 3-5 minutes.

4. Add the shrimp back into the saucepan and 2-3 tablespoons of your vegan green goddess dressing.

5. Saute for an additional 2 minutes and serve!
