Chicken and Mushroom Pie

Ingredients

1 pound boneless chicken breast cut and cubed.

1 package mushrooms sliced

1/2 onion sliced

1 tablespoon thyme

3 cloves garlic

2 cups chicken stalk

1/4 cup clour

1/2 pack pie crust (pre-made or homemade)

2 tablespoons parsley

1 egg

olive oil for cooking

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven 20 425 degrees.
  2. Heat oil and add in mushrooms, onions, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

3. In a small bowl combine the chick stalk and flour with a whisk. Once mixed add to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook 3 minutes until thickens.

4. Add in your cooked chicken and parsley. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.

5. Transfer your mixture into your casserole pan for baking. Cover with pie crust and brush with egg bake.

6. Bake for 25 minutes and serve when warm!
